Welcome to Lot 8W Stonegate Village, Westwood, Massachusetts

Lot 8W Stonegate Lane is up and framed! Plumbing and electrical is started, as well as masonry work on the family room fireplace. Windows are being installed sometime in the next week as well as the roof. Kitchen layout and plans are in the works. There is still ample time to get in and make your own selections! Our vendors are fabulous and easy to work with. They make the selection process a fun and exciting experience.

We had our landscape architect out at the site this week and we can't wait to see his renderings. This lot has plenty of room for a pool and cabana plus a nice area for a grill/patio and playground area. The backyard abuts almost 20 acres of town land!
